Erica J. Magsaysay
Mentor in law school and engineering
- 🇵🇭 Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines
- Bacoor Association
- 2015 to 2023
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 150 people through Bacoor Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Erica
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
