Eren Tolga Güneş
Mentor in finance and nursing
- 🇹🇷 Bursa, Bursa, Türkiye
- Harmony Foundation
- 2003 to 2020
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Harmony Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Eren
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Eren: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
