Eren Metin Karaca
Plumbing for 46 years in Kadıköy
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- The Starlight Workshop
- Since 1980
- English, Turkish, French
I've worked in plumbing since 1980. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 2,390 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Eren
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Eren: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
