Eren Gökhan Can

37 years teaching French in Üsküdar

🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
Oakwood Boys' School
1983 to 2017
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I never turned anyone away. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
