For 19 years I've mentored people in design and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Erdem: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
