Erdem Enes Şen
Leadership mentor, Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Rosewood Community Trust
- Since 2007
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Rosewood Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Erdem
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Erdem: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
