Eranga Nimal Ranasinghe
Teaching mentor, Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Youth Network
- Since 2016
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Colombo Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Eranga
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2016. I still have your notes. Greetings from Nuremberg.
