Eranga De Silva
Volunteer mentor with Atlas Association
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Atlas Association
- 1991 to 2005
- English, Sinhala
For 14 years I've mentored people in writing and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Eranga
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Eranga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
