For twelve years I ran the hockey program at St. Mary's Swimming Club in Duque de Caxias. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
