Enrique R. Acosta
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- 1982 to 2005
- English, Spanish
I've worked in pottery from 1982 to 2005. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,380 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Enrique: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
