Helping people break into trades
- 🇲🇽 Puebla, Puebla, Mexico

For 15 years I've mentored people in trades and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2012. I still have your notes. Truly.
