Helping people break into leadership
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Windsor Community Trust

For 29 years I've mentored people in leadership and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
