Helping people break into software

For ten years I've mentored people in software and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Emre: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first software job in 2017. I still have your notes. Greetings from Tiruchirappalli.
