Emmanuel Quaye
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇬🇭 Obuasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- Obuasi Foundation
- 2000 to 2019
- English
For 19 years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learned every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Emmanuel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Emmanuel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
