Emma K. Garcia

35 years teaching social studies in Los Angeles

  • 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
  • 1998 to 2020
  • English
For 22 years I was the social studies teacher at Los Angeles Primary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
