Emma A. Pearson
Helping people break into design
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Illinois, United States
- Springfield Youth Network
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Springfield Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
