Mount Pleasant Academy was my second home. I taught design and technology there from 1992 to 2018, mostly primary school children.
Over the years I had 1,560 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Emma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Emma: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me design and technology in 2008 at Mount Pleasant Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
