Emily Van Wyk
Coached cycling for eight years in Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Cedar Grove Athletic Club
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I coached cycling at Cedar Grove Athletic Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
