Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Missouri, United States
- Elmwood Learning Hub
- Since 1992
- English
For 34 years I've mentored people in leadership and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
