Emily P. Chetty
19 years teaching geography in Cape Town
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Cape Town Girls' School
- 2001 to 2023
- English, Zulu
For 22 years I was the geography teacher at Cape Town Girls' School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Emily
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Emily: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
