Emily Gordon
27 years teaching economics at Shreveport Polytechnic
- 🇺🇸 Shreveport, Louisiana, United States
- Shreveport Polytechnic
- 2003 to 2011
- English
My subject is economics, and for eight years I got to share it with undergraduates at Shreveport Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Emily: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
