I taught social studies at Unity Boys' School in San Jose from 2002 to 2013. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I never turned anyone away.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
