- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa

For 46 years I have been the history teacher at Summit Secondary School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Emily
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Emily: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me history in 2009 at Summit Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
