For 19 years I ran the swimming program at Alcalá de Henares St. Mary's Boxing Gym in Alcalá de Henares. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Emilio: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
