Emiliano E. López
Farming mentor, Girona
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Brookfield Learning Hub
- Since 2013
- Spanish
For 13 years I've mentored people in farming and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Emiliano
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
