Emiliano C. Campos
Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Jacaranda Mentoring Circle
- 2001 to 2015
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Jacaranda Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Emiliano
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
