Helping people break into software
- 🇷🇴 Iași, Iași, Romania
- Hope Foundation
- 1994 to 2024
- English
For 30 years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
