Emilia Rowe
Mentor in teaching and trades
- 🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States
- Syracuse Learning Hub
- 2010 to 2020
- English
For ten years I've mentored people in teaching and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Emilia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Emilia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
