Emilia Pearson

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
  • Victory Learning Hub
  • 1989 to 2011
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Victory Learning Hub. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
