Emil Öberg
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇸🇪 Malmö, Skåne, Sweden
- Malmö Swimming Club
- Since 1988
- English, Swedish
For 38 years I've run the gymnastics program at Malmö Swimming Club in Malmö. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Emil: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

you coached me in 2005. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Sacramento.
