Emery P. Stephens
Brass band player and teacher in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Band
- Since 1983
- English
I play brass band and folk music. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I watch every football match going.

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
