Emery Moreno
Biology teacher at Parkside Academy, 1995 to 2015
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Parkside Academy
- 1995 to 2015
- English
I taught biology at Parkside Academy in Manchester from 1995 to 2015. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me biology in 2012 at Parkside Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Thank you again.
