Emery K. Cooper

Youth cross country coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
  • San Diego Athletic Club
  • Since 1995
  • English
I've coached cross country at San Diego Athletic Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
