Emery F. Hughes
Physical education and home economics teacher, Newport
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Newport Girls' School
- 1981 to 1991
- English, Spanish
Newport Girls' School was my second home. I taught physical education there from 1981 to 1991, mostly first-year students.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Emery: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
