I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Emeka
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Emeka: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
