Helping people break into finance
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Hillcrest Community Trust
- 2013 to 2021
- English, Afrikaans
For eight years I've mentored people in finance and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Elmarie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Elmarie: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
