Ellie S. Powell
Librarian at Hillcrest Reading Room
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Hillcrest Reading Room
- Since 1981
- English, French
For 45 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Hillcrest Reading Room.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
