I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,260 people through Belfast Mentoring Circle.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ellie: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
