Ellie Jennings
Volunteer mentor with San Jose Foundation
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Foundation
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,120 people through San Jose Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ellie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
