Ellen Iris Dekker
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇱 Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands
- The Ashford Repairs
- Since 2016
- Dutch, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 2016. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 230 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Ellen
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ellen: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
