Ella T. Mills
Trades mentor, Calgary
- 🇨🇦 Calgary, Alberta, Canada
- Calgary Learning Hub
- Since 1992
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,290 people through Calgary Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ella
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
