For 27 years I've mentored people in recovery and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ella
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ella: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
