Ella Hill

Traditional drumming player and teacher in Nottingham

  • 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
  • Frangipani Ensemble
  • 2018 to 2025
  • English
I play traditional drumming and folk music. I started in 2018 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row. I'm still learning every day.

More about Ella

I wrote my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Ella: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
