Helping people break into leadership
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Frangipani Association
- Since 1994
- English, French
For 32 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ella: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
