Ella C. Smith

Finance mentor, Albany

  • 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
  • Mount Pleasant Community Trust
  • Since 2011
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Mount Pleasant Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
