My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1986 in Berlin and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
What gifts mean to Elke: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
