I coached boxing at Gateway Sports Club from 1979 to 2017. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Awka.
