Elisabeth Helene Schmitt

Design mentor, Regensburg

  • 🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
  • Since 1989
  • German, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,220 people through Kilimanjaro Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
