Elisa Rosa Martini
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Central Learning Hub
- 1986 to 1994
- Italian
For eight years I've mentored people in engineering and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Elisa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
