I've volunteered with Unity Community Kitchen since 1985. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Elin
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Elin: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
